Cosy Flat in Central Hexham

Beautiful lovely cottage, in a great location. Comfortable beds, lovely and spotless clean. Lovely and warm. Definitely recommended.

Great location a short distance from the centre of Hexham. The beds were oh so comfortable and it was very quiet despite its town centre location. A great place to explore the surrounding area, but make sure you allow time to visit Hexham Abbey

The heaters were so complicated to use, it took me nearly an hour to work out how to turn the heating up. Even then one of the heaters didnt work. I long for the days when it was just a knob to turn up the heating. That said once we got the main heating on it ws perfectly fine. The host offered to bring in another heater to replace the one that didnt work, but it was not neccessary in the end.

Nice, warm, and clean apartment. Comfy beds. Near to a good park and the centre of Hexham.

The driveway was very narrow. The sofa bed wasn’t setup when we arrived, which wasn’t a major thing, but the owner had said it would be.

No kettle, told the owner to no avail. Couldn't get the heating to work

Fantastic location and the flat itself was presented beautifully. Parking is ideal and whilst the tunnel into the courtyard is tight we got an evoque through and parked with no problem. Great communication from Jensen and would happily book to stay here again.

Living room was a bit too warm but then the weather was nicer than predicted and it wasn’t really a problem

The location was excellent. The flat was clean and tidy and well laid out. The wifi was reliable.

The appliances (washing machine and dish washer) were not functioning, which was disappointing and inconvenient. I would have appreciated having a better selection of kitchen gadgets or utilities, such as a coffee maker, a grater and more than one tea towel.

Clean and comfortable

Small point: we were nervous about driving our 4x4 down the path to parking spot. It looked tight (low bricks made entrance narrower) so we didn’t use the space. Can larger cars fit? Could be worth noting on the listing.
