Bed & Breakfast Bonaventura

Vincenzo is such an amazing host and he made our stay so much better than we expected. Right after the arrival he gave us a printed map and after asking what we want to see and experience he highlighted his favourite places on the map, and they were all great. We got coffee and bottled water right after we arrived which was very thoughtful and great. Each morning we could ask for a slightly different time for breakfast based on what we needed and we could select each day if we want sweet or savoury breakfast that Vincenzo got us fresh every morning. The place is a few minute walk from the city, we rarely used public transport, the neighbourhood is nice and there is also a store close by opened fairly long as well as a local bar that sells very good pastry and bus/train tickets every morning. The view from the room we were staying at was lovely as well. We were asked each day if we need anything, such as cleaning the room or changing the sheets. Vincenzo was always ready to give us more recommendations on Whatsapp or help with anything, such as buying public transport tickets or where the best pizza is. He asked us each day what we experienced and on top of everything, he also insisted on giving us a ride to the station and buying us pastry for breakfast before we left. We enjoyed our stay so much that if we ever return to Salerno, we probably wouldn't want to stay anywhere else 🍋

We had the pleasure of staying at this BandB on the occasion of a trip with girls. We were delighted to discover a beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, a very clean room, and lots of towels. Upon our arrival, our host Vincenzo was of a memorable kindness, he took the time to tell us the sites to visit and the addresses on a map that he gave us. Throughout this stay, Vincenzo multiplied the little touches to make our trip even more pleasant, he is a wonderful person, who knows how to make himself indispensable. His availability and discretion have greatly pleased us, not to mention his delicious breakfasts, adapted to our tastes and very plentiful. He is a fine cook! Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard, we had a clothes rack at our window to hang out our swimsuits, a large wardrobe as well as a desk and a sofa in addition to the bed. The quiet was very nice. The center of Salerno is 15 minutes walk and two supermarkets are less than 3 minutes from the accommodation. Great accommodation with an extremely kind and welcoming host. The location is perfect for Salerno, you can reach the old town on foot, as well as the bus or train station. There are kiosks and supermarkets nearby. The area is usually very quiet. The host is very accommodating and attentive, always ready to help or give advice on Salerno. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Perfect location in Salerno, easy to walk to any restaurants or main attractions. Train station about 15 minutes away on foot. The manager of the property is super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and also prepared an excellent breakfast daily. Everything was spotless in the room and the bed was very comfortable. A more opaque blackout curtain over the window would have been nice but didn’t detract from an overall amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Me hospedé durante la primera semana de Agosto y tuve una excelente experiencia. Vincenzo es un gran anfitrión,muy presente previo y durante la estadía, muy atento, respetuoso y bien predispuesto. Mi vuelo tuvo varias complicaciones y se retrasó, fue totalmente empático y accesible respecto al horario del check in. Te brinda recomendaciones y mapas según los intereses turísticos que tengas. Los desayunos son abundantes y completos, se adapta a las necesidades y gustos de cada inquilino, y los prepara él mismo, deliciosos! Todos los servicios funcionaban muy bien (wifi,aire acondicionado, agua fría/caliente). Baño con bidet y completo respecto a artículos de higiene personal y limpieza. Tenía dudas respecto al baño compartido pero siempre estuvo muy limpio y ordenado. Zona tranquila y segura, podés transitar a cualquier hora a pie sin problemas. Podés entrar y salir del edificio por tu cuenta, sin horarios. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme allí y lo recomiendo 100%.

El edificio es antiguo, al igual que la mayoría en la zona, pero no le resta al B&B que es muy cómodo y agradable. Cama de resortes, no sommier, que podría incomodarle a algunas personas pero no fue mi caso, pude descansar muy bien.

Sense of Home

Our stay at Vincenzo's B&B was great, it felt like staying with our relatives. He was very attentive to our needs and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was good, very abundant and he even provided alternatives for people with gluten intolerance.

Vincenzo el propietario y responsable,te atiende todo el tiempo que pases tanto en el alojamiento y en los desplazamientos o tours por toda la ciudad dándote toda la información de transportes horarios, etc.

El colchón de mi habitación de muelles aunque no era incómodo del todo pero los muelles yo los noto por lo menos.
