Bett viel zu klein und unbequem zu erreichen, Dusche nicht ideal, und die Umgebung sehr laut. Zufahrt und Parkplatz schlecht.

Το διπλό κρεβάτι αν και άνετο ήταν ιδιαίτερα στενό για 2 άτομα.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ενδεικτική για μετακινήσεις είτε προς Μαρκύ Γιαλό είτε προς Ιεράπετρα. Δυστυχώς δεν έχει κάτι πολύ κοντά περπατώντας για να αγοράσεις κάτι αν ξεμείνεις, άρα και με το προβληματικό πάρκινγκ το σκέφτεσαι να ξαναβγείς.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε ύψωμα και το παρκινγκ καθόλου καλό, ίσως επίφοβο για ζημιά στο αυτοκίνητο θα έλεγα ειδικά αν οι άλλοι ένοικοι έχουν παρκάρει, τότε είναι πρόβλημα. Λίγο θέμα με την καθαριότητα, η τοστιέρα ήταν ακαθάριστη, (θα την καθάριζα ούτως ή άλλως), το ψυγείο στη φωτογραφία είναι κανονικό μέγεθος, αυτό που βρήκαμε ήταν το μικρό και βρώμικο.

Die Terrasse mit einen tollen Ausblick war sehr schön, die Lage in der ländlichen Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Alles im Appartement, einschließlich Klimaanlage, hat gut funktioniert. Die Größe des Appartement wäre eigentlich o.k., wenn nicht...

...alles so unpraktisch eingerichtet wäre. Gleich zwei große Schlafsofas im Appartement, dafür ein kleiner Schrank, der schon mit Bettzeug, etc. voll war. Keine Hacken und wenig Stellfläche für anderes, selbst im Bad kaum Hacken. Das Hochbett auf einem Podest ist wirklich schmal, gefühlte Breite max. 120 cm, dazu ein sehr niedriges Geländer zum offenen Zimmer und kein Geländer an den Stufen erfordern immer Konzentration, wenn man ins Bett geht oder wenn man Nachts mal raus muss. Ein überdimensionierter Kühlschrank, dafür keine Stellfläche oder Arbeitsfläche an der Küchenzeile. Und zeitweis bis zu 5! alleingelassene Hunde im direkten Umfeld (unter 50 Metern Umkreis), die zeitweise unerträgliches Gebell mit allen Hunden der weiteren Umgebung veranstaltet haben.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. Comforts commensurate with the cost. Communicating with the hosts was easy. There are interesting places within easy reach.

The entrance from the main road was still being worked on during our stay in August 2024. Accessing from the back for the first time, in the dark, was confusing but nothing major. The property is adjacent to the property of a farmer whose guard dogs are likely to bark in the middle of the night.
