I was upgraded on booking in and both ladies, the receptionist and the manager, are the nicest people you could wish to meet. I had everything I needed.

The next door guests kept me awake for most of the night. Eventually went to the wedding venue and attempted to sleep on the floor (too hard) and opted to sleep in my vehicle, which was also unsuccessful. I called the manager at about 23h30 who then moved me to a smaller room which is very well appointed. With the move I lost a towel, freezer block and a bag of wood. The towel meant that I had to dry myself with a shirt in the morning. All round an unpleasant experience.
