The location and the property on 1st impressions.

Light fitting was broken in one of the bedrooms. Wires were exposed so very dangerous as it was next to a bunk bed where kids could reach it. Issues with the heating in one of the properties and asked for help from the landlord but got no reply. Showerehead in my bathroom kept detaching when turned and wet my clothes. Light in one home didn't work at the top of the steps and the shower temp couldn't be moved so it was too hot to shower.
