Часто отдаю предпочтение апартаментам, где можно самостоятельно получить ключи - это как раз такое место. В целом проживание полностью соответствовало картинкам. Отдельные слова благодарности хочется сказать хозяину - всегда был на связи, помогал со всеми возникающими вопросами, т.к. никто не заселялся после меня, разрешил оставить вещи до моего поезда в Милан. Апартаменты очень большие, просторные, есть балкон-терраса с прекрасным видом (но для кого может быть слишком шумно). На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, гейзерная кофеварка и кофе. В ванной комнате был фен и достаточно кол-во полотенец. Очень классный район - потрясающее месторасположение, под домой остановка, в шаговой доступности метро и сразу за углом порт - идеальное место для проживания в Генуе.

Лестница, про которую многие упоминали, действительно очень крутая и скорее всего это будет большой сложностью для гостей с большим кол-ом вещей и чемоданами. В квартире было холодновато, но хозяин включал батареи. Также сильно дует с окна в туалете - но все это сущие мелочи.

Un appartement très grand et confortable. Une fois qu'on a réussi à y monter 😅 Juste au dessus de la route principale, mais bonnes fenêtres isolantes. Très bien situé au port.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal lunedì al venerdì e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata compromessa da un problema grave: per tutta la durata del soggiorno non ha mai funzionato la caldaia, quindi sono rimasto senza acqua calda dall’inizio alla fine. Ho segnalato il problema fin dal primo giorno. Mi è stato riferito che era stato inviato un idraulico, che sarebbe entrato nell’appartamento in mia assenza. Il giorno successivo, tuttavia, l’acqua calda continuava a non funzionare. Successivamente mi è stato comunicato che l’idraulico sarebbe tornato una seconda volta per risolvere definitivamente il problema. Proprio per questo motivo ho deciso di non cambiare alloggio, confidando in una soluzione imminente. Di fatto, però, il problema non è mai stato risolto. Anche ammesso che ci sia stato un ulteriore intervento, l’acqua calda non ha mai funzionato durante l’intero soggiorno. Rimanere senza un servizio essenziale come l’acqua calda per cinque giorni consecutivi non è un semplice disagio, ma una mancanza grave rispetto agli standard minimi che una struttura dovrebbe garantire. Ho richiesto assistenza anche tramite Booking, ma il rimborso riconosciuto è stato simbolico e non proporzionato al disservizio subito. Consiglio alla struttura di verificare le condizioni dell’alloggio prima di ospitare nuovi clienti, perché un problema di questo tipo compromette completamente l’esperienza.

The owners gave good directions, it wasn’t easy. Even for someone like me who have lived in Italy for 20 years. I was pleased with the cleanliness as that is a big priority.

It wasn’t clear about the “directions” of the house until after I had paid for it. So there was a bit of a misguidance, and I had chosen this apartment because it didn’t seem like there were going to be the classic “Italian rental apartment issues”.. of which I know very well…

The host tried to be supportive and offer alternative solutions, but not well organized.

The heating and hot water were not working at all and the assistance was not appropriate and,then, unsuccessful. Therefore, after check-in we had to leave the apartment without staying here, since the problem was not solved. Fortunately, the property gave reimbursement, even if the situation created several inconveniences and discomfort.

Un vero soggiorno alla genovese, una vista mozzafiato, in pieno centro e accanto al porto antico, dotato di tutti i comfort, anche phon per capelli, tutto pulitissimo. Ottimo posto per gli sportivi come me he non temono le scale

Le scale ripide sono un limite per chi ha bagagli pesanti.
