Studio Type Condo with WiFi

This condo is right next door to the Condo I stayed in last time, it has a fantastic view of the area and you can see off into the distance to Muntinlupa and Manila and out into the lake. It's almost impossible to hear anyone in the other rooms so the sound proofing is excellent, the walls, floor and roof are all concrete, good and strong. The lift/Elevator is extremely quick (there's two of them but one seems to be always out of order, or is a backup? not sure) The complex has a 24/7 7-11 store on the ground level which has a pretty reasonable amount of products inside and is always well stocked despite how busy it is, laundrette also located ground floor just along from the store; the turn around for laundry is pretty quick and the pricing is fair. Complex is small child friendly and seems to also be pet friendly. The pool seems to be well maintained also, there's a large golf course close-by and Splash Island isn't far off either (walking distance) The mall has plenty of shops and even a Cinema - Robinsons store is a great all-round shop for all your needs but there's plenty more to choose too (Including a driving lessons centre) There's local medical facilities close-by, bank branches and other non-general shipping places to visit should the need arise. The road running along the side of the Mall heading towards the Hospital has a Tricycle stop which always has plenty of riders waiting to take you to local locations, the coach/bus station for longer distance travel is just in front of the condo complex also. The Condo is in a really nice area which has significant security patrols with well disciplined, well mannered security staff which is something I really appreciate as a security worker myself. The owners are the same from my previous stay and they are always very helpful and accommodating, even though I check in and out at very odd times they are always happy to help - They are fantastic :)

We'd noticed an increase in people begging outside of the complex, begging is fine but it is quite aggressive with one person following and repeatedly asking us to buy products (Balut) after being told, very clearly, "no". It isn't frequent though but seems to be around 4 to 5pm I've noticed a lack of First Aid boxes in the common areas (communal areas) of the buildings (Hallways, stairwells, security kiosks). When requesting a small first aid provision for a cut the guards on duty said they can provide "alcohol" for disinfecting a cut but nothing more so my suggestion is for visitors is to go to the mall to buy a small personal first aid kit from the pharmacy or to bring one from your home country. With that said I think it would be fantastic if first aid provisions could be provided by security staff on-site but I don't know what level of training they have for this, surely some as they all have emergency kits attached to their utility belts.
