The owner is pleasant lady who tried to be as helpful as she could. In fact, I did receive my money back in full. However, I have now received threatening messages from the owner so that a nice lady as she presented herself.

Threatening behaviour and messages from the owner! This rental property has the potential to be exceptional, but my one-night experience was somewhat disappointing. A washer was the sole reason I reserved the property, as I intended to launder my clothing halfway through my vacation. It was unclear to me that the washer was included in the apartment, but it was not in the room. However, my room had a somewhat apartment-like feel so I was gutted that I couldnt wash clothes. The owner and her son needed to repair the door, as it was unable to be locked from the outside. The night I stayed there, a storm occurred, resulting in the loss of electricity and therefore wifi. The data could not be used due to the poor phone signal in the room. I observed that the property across the street had electricity operational when I came out to get a signal to send a message to the host. The host responded to my message; however, I did not read it until the following morning, as I was not prepared to endure the rain in order to receive a signal on my phone and use my data. So there I was seated in the darkness, twiddling my thumbs, as I was unable to charge my phone to use it as a torch. An offer of candles would have been appreciated. I encountered difficulty in taking my liquid medications due to the absence of spoons. Additionally, the plastic cups that are provided for tea and coffee are rendered useless due to their tendency to melt when boiling water is poured into them. The host clarified that these are supplementary services. I stated that if you wish to include supplementary services in your accommodation, you must consider their practicality. The bathroom was characterised by an unpleasant odour, which is likely the result of an inadequate drainage system. As I said, the host was very apologetic and provided me with a complete refund. However, I believe it is important to be candid in my review, and I am optimistic that they will take action on the feedback.
