Very comfortable and warm Lovely property Very happy with it and would definitely stay again

Not a criticism…more feedback Got up early one morning to travel and I left the heating on a bit warmer deliberately. Unfortunately it had been preset so it was pretty chilly. Is there a way to change this? I thought the cleaning charge (£150) for a 3 night stay was quite steep

I enjoyed the comfort of the accomodation and the local area. Plenty to do within driving distance!

Neighbours dogs barking at 4-5AM most mornings was not ideal, but not that much of an issue when on Holiday and can lie in!

"Lovely house in a quiet street in Balmedie."

We loved having space as there were 3 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed with all the equipment for cooking and a great expresso machine (with bean grinder too). It was easy to use the heating too. Daniel was very helpful and always easy to contact. Thank you for this lovely stay. We will come back.

Just the blinds in the kitchen which were not keeping our privacy (but not too bad as it was on the back garden side).

Very excellent holiday home for a family. Location is great, just 15 minutes from Aberdeen airport and handy for visiting many gems in Aberdeenshire. Sandy dunes and seaside walks are close by. Communication from host was very good.
