where we booked it was a great place the location

everything We didn't get to get to stay in the place that we asked for They force us to stay in a place that was not even in the listing We didn't stay for the second day because it wasn't what we wanted The hot tub was completely filled with mold and nasty it was an absolute joke They did nothing to help us nothing to try to help us They were an hour and a half late on letting us get into the house and it blended on other people for not giving me the code We just sat there in the driveway for an hour waiting for the code by far the most disappointed I've ever been in any place I've ever stayed at any time in my entire life
