"Perfect stay"

Excellent Location, quiet neighbourhood and perfect for discovering Leeds. My family loved it a preferred this to staying in expensive hotels. Free parking is good. Great communication from Host. 11/10

"Bad"

The smell in the kitchen. The area was bad, mattresses in the street plus furniture. A party going on a few doors up so lots of shouting.

"Not the nice quiet area that is advertised as, but cheap and clean"

Comfortable bed.

The area has a lot of working girls, Who congregate around the property and take drugs, noisy until the early hours! Cold tap in bathroom doesn’t work, lack of kitchen utensils.
