ROI like the location of the house, one minute away from the closest beach in Komi. The house has a very nice terrace and a grill (not to forget to mention the amazing garden, with fig trees, grapevine, and other local decorative plants). Also the house was well equipped with most of the things that one might need during a vacation (plates, pot, mugs, tea bags, coffee filter, capsule espresso machine, spoons, forks, knives, etc. as well as toiletries - detergents - even for the washing machine, shampoo, soap, etc.). The host was very responsive, answering promptly to whatever needs or questions one might have (speaking both English and Greek).
The only thing that bothered were the small ants, that could enter the house daily through very small holes in search for food. For the ants and other insects, a special spray was also available in the house. This is the only reason for which I rated my experience with 9, but other than that everything else was very good.
