The room was so-so, but the staff was friendly and supportive. She allowed me to change rooms because the first one smelled of cigarette smoke. The location is great, right in the city center, and the price is reasonable.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, and the room wasn't soundproofed well against outside noise.
