As described. A nice affordable option in a very safe neighborhood.

Not really a dislike but many photos show the backyard area as if it is part of the apartment. It really isn’t but rather an area both the downstairs apartment and the rental apartment apparently have access to. Were never even sure how to access but not a big deal. Also, location-wise it is on one end of Brooklyn a bit far from Brooklyn center (did not realize how big Brooklyn is) but again not a big deal.
