nice breakfast , very good location ,Tanukiji shopping street near the entrance/exit of the hotel , friendly staff , clean room , i love the complimentary coffee and tea and you don't need to bring your own toiletries because they provided also

Excellent location connected to walking arcade.

Room fell small. Check out 10 am unless book directly from Via inn web 12 pm. Staffs not friendly, we feel they did not like us.
