Della struttura abbiamo apprezzato la posizione e la gentilezza dell’host

La struttura non è modernissima, ma quello poco male, il problema principale è la mancanza di attenzione nella pulizia: avevamo il retro del letto con almeno due dita di polvere, lo stesso sotto al letto e nella lampadina sul comodino. Sono posti poco visibili ma che danno subito l’idea di una mancanza di attenzione. Un’altra cosa che cambierei sono gli asciugamani, il tessuto non lo trovo confortevole. Quelli citati sono tutti elementi che non permettono di far pagare la stanza quasi 110€ a notte.

Nice property, clean room, pretty good location for public transport and Kings theatre area. Only a few small changes would make it much better- for example having mugs and decent tea/coffee, rather than paper cups and cheap sachets.

Would be good to have 2 keys for a twin room. Mattresses weren't the most comfortable, but bearable. Cheap looking bedding.

Location was great , one of the beds was comfortable, it was warm and decorated nicely . Bathroom was well lite and room was a good size

It wasn’t very clean , stained pillows , very dusty , stained window blind, one bed very poor mattress could feel springs . Communication issues - wrong check in key code given and one important allergy question about feather bedding not answered despite repeated questions
