La stanza era completamente diversa dalla descrizione, siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato gomme da masticare nel davanzale della finestra accanto al letto, tende sporche di muffa, sedie del tavolo sporche e bagnate, bagno completamente sporco di capelli peli e polvere ovunque con tanto di attrezzi di pulizia sporchi appoggiati dietro alla porta del bagno, pulendo la doccia l'acqua puzzava di fogna, gli armadi con valigie e coperte di altre persone arrotolate e riposte in malo modo, microonde completamente sporco, porta stoviglie pieno di polvere, mobile sotto il lavandino del bagno con accumuli di capelli e polvere. Una cosa terrificante, giustificazione per tutto ciò "edificio storico" .

A szállásadó pontos instrukciókat adott a megközelítés, bejutás illetve parkolás vonatkozásában, így könnyedén megtalátuk és bejutottunk annak ellenére, hogy éjszaka érkeztünk mivel késett a gép. A lakás meleg volt és minden szükséges felszerléssel, eszközzel ellátott. Patyolattisztaság és kényelmes ágyak friss ágyneművel. csak ajánlani lehet ezt a szálláshelyet.

Jedynym plusem była lokalizacja i to że ogrzewanie było włączone bo wieczory i noce były chlodne

W mieszkaniu było brudno, przez okna niewiele co widać,łazienka wymagała porządnego odświeżenia,brak mydła w łazience , pół rolki papieru toaletowego na 4 osoby na 3 noce, małe cienkie ręczniki tzn po jednym dla każdego, brak odpowiedniej ilości sztućców w kuchni . Myślę że nie chciałabym po raz drugi mieszkać w tym mieszkaniu.Brak miejsca parkingowego chociaż w ofercie napisane że jest parking.Zeby zaparkować auto trzeba było jeździsz po pobliskich ulicach i szukać miejsca oczywiście są tylko płatne.Bezplatne tylko od 21 do 9 rano.

Close to the city centre. The beds were comfortable.

The pillows were very flat and disappointingly the hand soap bottles in the bathroom were both empty.

We arrived in Reykjavik at about 11am - very grateful the host allowed us to drop our bags off early and left to allow the cleaner time to clean up before we returned for 3pm. Great location, very warm spacious (just right for 4 adults with 4 large suitcases) clean and having laundry facilities available. Being budget travellers it was great to have a well equipped kitchen for home cooked meals at the apartment. Host kept on touch, prompt replies to messages and clear check in/out instructions.

The noise from people upstairs started from about 5am from 6am it was impossible to sleep through it. The small, worn out towels. I came prepared with another towel because I saw this mentioned in a previous review. Also, would be nice to have a few complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, tea bags and small single use milk single use containers.

Proximity to shops

We desperately needed laundry which was listed as available. Host provides key to access to a DIFFERENT property to use their laundry. This key opened someone else's home door, there were people eating dinner in this house and they were using the laundry so we disrupted them and could not do laundry. There was no wifi available although it said there would be. There was mould on all widow coverings. Not clean or healthy. Construction on street made getting into apartment tricky and was loud in the morning. No mention of this in ad.
