Excellent location, very close to the Crni Vrh ski slope. There is no traffic noise or crowds. Spacious parking, everything is clean and well-maintained. The building is tidy and organized, as is the apartment.

The surroundings are under construction, which slightly detracts from the natural beauty, but other than that, everything is excellent.
