房間大間，整潔乾淨。洗澡水量充足，冷氣會冷。離員山鄉市區開車約3分鐘，覓食算方便。民宿附近有便利商店，可供簡易採買。房間隔音不錯，沒有聽到其他房客的聲音。進出大門算方便，使用遙控器即可進出。陽台景觀不錯，可眺望街景。

房間內沒有小冰箱，冰箱在一樓，須和其他人共用，有保管疑慮，想要喝冰涼的飲料須爬上爬下，較不方便。雖然有wifi，但連線不易。可能是連假關係，走路2分鐘以內的區域，剛好沒有可供停車的地方。一樓的區域，鐵門放下後，室內偏暗，如果能再明亮些，會更好。
