The view is stunning and size of apartment and balcony were good. Apartment was clean and had a traditional yet modern feel.This is all ruined by the trains keeping you awake from 4am to 12am. Its not so bad during the day as we are out but at night and early morning its very difficult to get a decent sleep. The beds are uncomfortable too as they are wire based and not solid so mattress bends in the middle. Somehow the company have managed to bring a high 9 rating from a different site but its a scam as the Train line is awful and not mentioned anywhere Have a look on google maps and you will see the,train tracks right outside and you can just see the electric wires in the balcony picture. Such a,dishonest greedy uncaring company. An insult to Italy. Booking dot com asked them to honour a partial refund for the awful noise but they refused so we are going to make the experience public on social media to show how greedy companies in Italy treat you after robbing you of an experience. We would not have booked here if they had disclosed the trains running for 20 hours a,day and many will get scammed by this if it is,not in the description. Such a disappointment and we came home exhausted and our son was a bit traumatised. The company care not for anything but money,and its a,shame as its a beautiful area of Italy. If you want to sleep dont book here and check the map for places not,on the,railway line. I hope karma visits this company as they care,not about the customer.

NOW THIS IS MAJOR AS IT RUINED THE WHOLE HOLIDAY AND CAUSED OUR AUTISTIC SON SO MUCH GRIEF AND CAUSED US TO NOT GET MUCH SLEEP. THE APARTMENT IS METERS AWAY FROM AN ACTIVE FREIGHT TRAIN LINE AND THE TRAINS RUN FROM 4AM UNTIL 12PM. IT IS VERY NOISY AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A GOOD SLEEP.. IIts very dishonest of the company to not tell you about this. We tried to ask for some sort of partial refund as we would not have booked here as we wanted a relaxing holiday and certainly need to sleep. The company first offered a reduced price if we came back to stay in Italy at one of their other properties but that wasn't for us as we would not be back in this area again. We had to ask booking dot com to help us as the company stopped replying to our messages and were extremely rude. Because we didn't want a discount we couldnt use and they just wanted more money. Our poor son struggled terribly with the noise and had to try to wear ear defenders in bed but it wasnt comfortable for him. I have never been treated so badly by an property owner and we travel a lot. We usually go to Portugal but thought we would try a what comes across as a relaxing accommodation but the company is so greedy and,dishonest that they dont inform you of and busy train line that runs from 4am until 12am YES 20 HOURS A DAY METERS FROM THE APARTMENT. And not only double decker passanger trains but long heavy duty freight trains. Very dishonest and quite cruel and the couldn't care,less about our disabled son as I said they were very rude,to us and said we only wanted a discount as if there was no problem with the,trains yet they tried to get ust to come back to another property at a,reduced rate? It shows,how,greedy and dishonest they are and lack morals. We came,home,exhausted. Our poor son was so upset and it caused his eczema to also flare,up. Anyone with an autistic child will know how,noise can be very scary and upsetting but this,company did not care. And we feel robbed of a holiday.
