Beds were comfy and the location was central

I think it was just luck that someone was around to show us to our tent as new arrivals were wondering round phoning to find out where they were staying. We didn't however see any staff for the duration of our stay and were literally pointed to our tent and given no other info. The floor in the tents were dirty... grass under beds on our arrival and the lamps on the bedside tables were just for show as they wouldn't reach the electric point so had to move things around. Portaloos were dirty and so were the showers... my main issue was there were no sinks so nowhere to wash your hands or clean your teeth.

On arrival host was very rude. Dead wasps and flys in tent. Portaloo toilets and showers were dirty no sinks to brush your teeth or have a wash.

Bed were quite comfortable and bedding was clean. Located in a nice area

Well where to start... No as advertised, photos look nothing like it! On arrival there's no where to check in, In fact there is no staff anywhere to be seen. Rang some lady who was quite clearly irritated by the call, but we had no clue which tent was ours! Had to call twice to clarify! Toilet block errr no it's a portaloo with no lights! Shower block again portable showers which at best can be described as grim! Tents are leaky, full of bugs and creep crawlies and absolutely freezing! No heaters provided. No lights other than lamps that aren't near a plug so we had to move tent around. Puddles and wet on all the edges of the tent so if your bed was near the side your quilt would get wet if it came near the floor. Fire pit and pizza oven, nothing to light it with or if there was no one showed us where to get it. Kitchen is minging and there's also no seating area outside tents like advertised. No balls in the foot golf The star pod thing, is a wreck panel hanging off, dirty and run down, long grass all around it, with some blankets thrown on the floor The geese, there must have been about 100 in the field next door so couldn't sleep, then woke up at 5am by a combine harvester but these things are expected in th country. Really poor value for money No welcome pack which is really needed.
