The hotel is in a quiet area, 7 minutes by tuctuc by the Link City…near the hotel there is a nice coffee bar, where finally I enjoyed with local young people, speaking about everything and it was a way to go more deep that culture. Anyway, the most important thing is that it’s so quiet in the night, no noise in the night and in the morning, after a day around that traffic jam this hotel looks like a heaven. I loved my spacious room with a cute balcony , an incredible approach of the staff , they were so willing to assist on everything, convenient location - it was relatively close to the touristic attractions but somehow hidden among the buildigs and beautiful greenery, that made my stay so tranquil and restful

Regretfully, there was nothing good about the hotel, therefore I was constrained to check out from the hotel after spending the first night despite having reservation for two nights. Needless to say, I paid for the second night without insisting for a waiver.... pertinently, even the hotel, did not offer any waiver and gladly accepted the payment for the second night....

Hotel was extremely reluctant to issue Tax Invoice for the duration of stay and made every effort to dissuade me to not insist for a Tax Paid Invoice although the per day rate charged by the hotel was inclusive of tax No, running hot water facility in the bath room inamsuch as the capacity of the individual water heating unit/apparatus installed in each bathroom of the guest room is hardly 15 litres, thus, at the time of taking a shower, the hot water runs out within 2-3 minutes. Shower was not working. No buffet breakfast facility available contrary to the mis-leading impression given online to the prospective guest looking to make a reservation. In the name of breakfast, all that the hotel offers is any one Indian dish not exceeding Rs. 200/- inclusive of tea/coffee and for anything extra, the guest has to pay separately. No cutlery for tea/cofee etc provided in the room Hotel is located in a small congested and narrow back lane Hotel staff is money centric via a viz customer/service centric

Everything was perfect and best

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, everything was managed with outstanding efficiency. The location is very quite , the staff incredibly attentive, and always available to assist with any request, no matter how small; highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and service.

Location and room size were great the staff was helpful in setting up long distance drives

Big room, clean and well equipped. Large comfortable bed. Bathroom with separate shower. Friendly hosts.
