IERoom was nice. Beds made. Kitchen was spacious but didn't make use of it
Last minute relocation not near original property. We payed a higher price for the location of it only to be moved away. Couldn't cancel due to lateness. When arrived multiple things were unsanitary or not functioning properly. Issued a complaint. Booking.com recognized and compensated. Now hosts are attempting to say we took there keys which we did not. Disappointed this is allowed on booking.com

BEI love everything about the place and the host responded to my messages immediately .. Very clean and very homely .. The living room was warm and cosy..My room, Shower,Toilet and kitchen on point.. It worth the money... I will definitely book again 💯.. I highly recommend Spencer Bridge Guest house..
