The apartment has a very good location, a modern design and it is fully equipped. Our host was very helpful and solved immediately a misunderstanding with the apartment.

location is convenient. the apartment is big! it has everything inside! i walked from bus station to the apartment. the owner sent codes in advance. no need any kind of personal's help, like reception or anything. it's so morden and smart way!

Everything was perfect, third time around, as well. Couldn't help but stay here again. Great place, great location and a very dedicated and attentive great host. Supermarket, boutique stores & plenty restaurants, a 5-minute walk away, which includes Kalamakis for great BBQed chicken, pork & lamb skewers, where the locals eat, the pizza place next door to Kalamakis, and the taverna across the street from the place, are all very good. There is nothing not to like!

Great place, great location and great host- couldn't ask for more!!! Excellent 100 Mbps internet speed, very comfy queen bed, hot and cold air conditioning, etc., etc. Although smack in the middle of the center, the apartment was extremely quiet. Supermarket, boutique stores & plenty restaurants, a 5-minute walk away, which includes Kalamakis for great BBQed chicken, pork & lamb skewers, where locals eat, and the pizza place next door to Kalamakis, is really good- exit the building, go down to your right, then a left, and you'll see them down the street- very easy. There is nothing not to like. All perfect!!!

Bright clean spacious updated apartment in the perfect location. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and port. The apartment has everything you would need. It was nice to have a wash machine in the unit. Easy communication with host. Easy instructions to access keys and apartment. Dimitrios was a wonderful host who provided us with some refreshments and sweets prior to our arrival. He responds to messages quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, parking allocated and included, exceptional accommodation.

Superb apartment. Modern and tasteful. Was spotlessly clean on arrival. Very spacious. Very well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom was like something in a 5 star hotel. Bed was comfy and all linen and towels clean. The host was a very good communicator and had provided a lot of information of things to do in Heraklion. Wifi good. Location is very central and convenient for pretty much everything. We found it to be good value. If I return to Heraklion for a short stay I think I would pick this or one of the Evans apartments.
