"Boa localização, pouca privacidade"

Localização privilegiada, bares e restaurantes próximos. Saída estratégica para o centro de Puebla (15 min de carro) e também da rota para Cholula (30 min de carro). Atendimento muito bom, limpeza excelente e quarto bem distribuído.

Muito ruído chega ao quarto (ficamos no quarto 1), próximo à recepção. Tentei trocar por um quarto no piso 1 (minha reserva era para o quarto 16) e não foi possível segundo a recepção. Não há privacidade no quarto, janela de vidro dá diretamente para outra janela de vidro do quarto acima. Os sons da recepção não par, 24 horas. Também tive que enviar mensagem a cada vez que chegávamos com o carro, pois não nos deram um controle do portão.
