Troppa gente la colazione tipo catena di montaggio con una cacofonia incredibile. Sembra la mensa di un’azienda

Great location, clean, good options for seating outside.

No microwave in the room or property. They wanted to charge $20/day to bring one to the room. Parking is expensive and only 6ft high, so any larger suv or truck won’t fit.

Parkgebühren wurden uns am 1 Tag mit 20% Discount angeboten, als wir das am 2. Tag nutzen wollten, wurde uns das verwehrt. Keine Entschuldigung oder höfliche Richtigstellung für die Fehlinformation des Mitarbeiters stattdessen unangenehmes Behandeln das wir lügen würden, von der noch dazu geholten Servicemanagerin “Scarlett”. Das habe ich in den USA noch nicht erlebt. Beim Frühstück reagierte das Personal ähnlich (nicht ganz so vorwurfsvoll) dass wir erst einen Tisch bekommen, wenn alle Personen aus dem Zimmer da wären, wir hatten es eilig, Werner gebuchter Tour, kein Verständnis des Personals, viele Tische waren frei, dennoch O-Ton “Regel ist Regel”

Localização excelente, tanto pelas atrações turísticas a bem pouca distância, quanto pelo acesso muito próximo a transportes coletivos, inclusive o Cable Car. Café da manhã farto e muito bom, organização da ocupação das mesas muito bem feita, com alocação rápida mesmo em situações de bastante gente chegando ao mesmo tempo

Para não deixar de reportar uma oportunidade de melhora, ao se chegar com um carro grande (de altura superior a 6 pés), o estacionamento do hotel não tem dimensões para aceitar. Mesmo estando explícito na confirmação da reserva desta limitação, os funcionários do check-in não sabiam informar aonde poderíamos parar o carro, o que deixou a busca para o cliente. Não foi um grande problema, nas vizinhanças há estacionamentos públicos (pagos) bons, de grande capacidade, seguros e bem próximos ao hotel, mas ajudaria ao menos o hotel ter uma lista deles como referência quando se chega pela primeira vez à cidade.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel ❤️ The hotel was excellent, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the biggest advantages was the location — just a short walk from Pier 39 and many other popular attractions. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options available each morning, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. It was the perfect way to start each day of our trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco and would be happy to stay here again in the future! 🥰🌉
