"Nice property for family"

Location, good communication with the hosts, available parking area, veranda, enough kitchen utensils, enough bedrooms and bed for 7 people, swimming pool is a nice option, wifi speed and cleanliness

bed comfort, we were there just for two days and the pool should be cleaned somehow with some robots or a different way. Maybe this is due to the low season in September. Renewal of pans is required since there are cratches on them.

"Very good"

The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5. The pool was a better size than expected and for most of our stay used only by ourselves. The apartment was clean with plenty of facilities, well stocked with all the basics.

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work which was disappointing but the hosts quickly provided fans for all bedrooms.

"Good"

Good location, quiet neighborhood, responsive host and good space for family of five.

Beds are very firm for our liking. No air conditioning in the living/dining room area and the two bedrooms on the main level.

"Superb"

Lovely villa, located back from tremezzo but easily walkable to nice bars and restaurants (as long as you don't mind a bit of a climb home).. lovely walks close by.

Some of the outdoor furniture needs updating.
