The premises are refurbished to a high standard and very well organised with all that you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is lovely. Karl, the host/owner, is very welcoming, informative and obliging. I will certainly be back for my regular visits to Liverpool.

the room was clean, the host Karl was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were healthy and had a good range, they also had oat milk which is handy if you don’t have normal milk.

The room was clean and spacious and the place was quiet in a nice area. Karl was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was self-serve and just right.
