Cosy Caravan near the beach

Beds uncomfortable blinds broken and dirty. No curtains at the doors so very bright and hot very early

We liked almost everything

Sofa bed in lounge was extremely uncomfortable due to sofa being very worn and a large hard ridge down centre of bed and also had a smell when used (possible stale urine) 100% needs replacing ASAP.

The location was superb and plenty to do. The caravan had everything you wanted for the stay

We were allowed in the clubhouse without passes on the first night then the second night got asked for them. So you do need passes

Amazing, very clean & tidy, very comfortable

Nice and clean, well equipped, short walk to the on site arcade and shop. Friendly host with good communication. Small additional fee for the dog which was reasonable, front area secure and fenced in. Really close to the beach where we managed to find some lovely sharks teeth. Few good shops. Kids and adults had a lovely stay. Will hopefully be back in the near future.

The property was amazing it was nice and close to the Hub. It was great to be so close to all the facilities the park had to offer. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. You aren't away to watch TV but it was nice to have a large flatscreen to end the day off with a movie. They also have their own private WiFi. Normally caravans only offer WiFi from the site which is always slow. The bedding was comfy and clean. The master bed was massive. It was also great having a washing machine in the property as well.

Well equipped caravan. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a quiet evening without any issues whatsoever. Heating was effective and shower was hot. Check-in was simple with a lock box and the external space of the caravan was clean and tidy. TV worked well, all in all a comfortable stay. Great location, 5 minutes walk to beach, site clean and modern, easy to find and caravan easy to find within site. Ample parking and the facilities, whilst closed, looked good!

We booked on the basis the listing showed "Pets Allowed" but were later informed via message there was an additional charge for this, and to leave the money on the table. This was disappointing as usually (from years of booking) on Booking.com "Pets Allowed" means pets are included in the quoted price. If not, this info belongs in the listing details, not only revealed via message after a non refundable booking has been made. It was also only made clear after that non refundable booking that all the on site facilities and swimming pool listed in the facilities section would be closed as it was out of season. In the end this didn't impact us, but the out of season closures should be made clearer in the listing. We were very glad we hadn't mentioned the pool etc to our little girl!
