The property was located in a very congested area with extremely narrow lanes, making access difficult. After reaching the property, we found the manager completely drunk and sleeping. Even after waiting and calling for around 15–20 minutes, he woke up but was not even in a condition to stand properly or provide us with the room. There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

The behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The overall setup of the property was poorly managed and did not feel secure or safe for guests. Security arrangements were inadequate, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not recommended.

Location was good

The rooms were very small, toiletries towels were given after we asked for the same. Cleaning of bathrooms were also not as expected.
