De buurt is wel rustig en veilig.

Het was niet duidelijk dat wij geen balkon zullen krijgen, en het appartement is helemaal niet geschikt voor rokers. Koffiezetapparaat was niet compleet en de toilette zit was op een belachelijk manier gemonteerd.

I loved the proximity to the ocean, Red Bus route and Waterfront. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment size was perfect. I also liked the decor and the colour scheme was calm but cheerful.

The toilet seat does not fit the bowl, so that was a bit challenging. The kitchen also lacked a variety of dishes/bowls. There were no basics like pepper, salt, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid or hand soap in the kitchen. Toiletries were only supplied the first night. We were not informed that there was no parking available inside the premises, and that inside parking was charged at R125 per day. So we had to park in the street quite a distance away, and make multiple trips to carry all our things in. The 'private pool' is actually for the use of all short term rental guests/apartments, and not just for Little Gem guests.

There is a Seattle just across the road which is wonderful. The prom is also just across the road so ideal if you enjoy walking/running.
