Sehr hübsche Wohnung an sehr guter Lage. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten unser Altstadt und am Meer von Otranto. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hell mit einem grosszügigen Balkon. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist perfekt um nach dem Meer sich nochmals abkühlen zu lassen.

È situato vicino al centro città e in poco tempo si raggiunge qualsiasi spiaggia del Salento... l'appartamento ha delle ottime dimensioni e un grande terrazzo. Zona sicura e molto tranquilla.

Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Man erreicht die schönsten Strände mit dem Auto in 5 - 20 Minuten. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Hat für die "einfache Küche" ausgereicht. Pluspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Sebastiano war ein zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmal an ihn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Wir haben unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht. Lohnt sich aber nicht, da man diese für 15€ pro Person dazu buchen kann. Küchenwäsche war vorhanden. Der Pool war natürlich für unseren Sohn ein Pluspunkt. Hier sollte man vielleicht dazusagen, dass man die typische Mittagsruhe einhalten muss. Die Liegen am Pool wurden entfernt wegen Schäden am Boden. Wir haben 2 Liegen unterhalb vom Pool bekommen, völlig in Ordnung. Unser Glück war, dass wir fast alleine in der Wohneinheit waren und somit auch alleine am Pool. Der Pool ist videoüberwacht. Otranto ist ein kleiner hübscher touristischer Ort mit vielen Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Bars. Der Ort ist nur in den Sommermonaten belebt. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen verbracht.

Die Balkonmöbel waren etwas unpraktisch und unbequem. Ansonsten toller Balkon

It was clean, bed were confortable, and it was 15-20 mins walking distance to the center. A nice terrace with furniture outside. There is a clothes hanger, very useful to dry the swimming suits and towels. Francesca and Sebastiano were great! Proactive communication, happy yo have stayed in their home. They were so kind to leave us some local pastries salty and sweet.

Linen is not included, but is marked in the categories, it should not be advertised, however, when you look into the reservation, the information is there, and also it has been communicated to us, before arrival. We could not use the pool, because is seasonal opening, so it is from June, we did not see it in advance, so no pool for us 😕

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Francesca, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She answered any questions I had prior to booking and arrival in a very timely manner. The property was very easy to find and when we arrived, Sebastiano, the caretaker, was on hand to greet us and show us around. He was available all the time to answer any queries we had, an absolute gentleman. The property is bright and spacious, airy and incredibly clean. It was fully stocked with everything that you could need. Everything has been thought of by Francesca. It is like home from home. It is exactly as explained and photos do not do it justice. we were celebrating our 30th Wedding anniversary during our stay and Francesca had so kindly left us a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and gorgeous biscuits to celebrate which was incredibly kind and generous. The fridge was also stocked with sparkling and still water. There is plenty of free on street parking which was brilliant. The added bonus to this property is the beautiful swimming pool together with sun loungers on the roof terrace where we spent our mornings before exploring the beautiful beaches close by in the afternoons. Otranto town itself is only 15 minute walk away from the property and is a stunning town with beautiful views and fantastic restaurants. This property is a gem and I would fully recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Otranto. Thank you Francesca and Sebastiano for everything.
