1.邮件沟通过注册不了WhatsApp却还是要求通过WhatsApp才能有司机去码头接送 2.椅子上有灰尘，没有沐浴露，吹风机，抽屉里还有其他客人剩下的零食。 3.泳池没水，没清理过。展示页面的床帐也没有。 4.工作人员态度不热情，例行公事，有问才有答 5.离码头很近的酒店，还是要付费150k才能接送，也不能预订岛上游玩项目。 6.地板砖不平，一边翘起来了，门会推拉不动卡住。

Nous n'avons pas pu résider dans cet hôtel car à notre arrivée ils n'avaient pas garder notre réservation qui avait été pourtant payée et confirmée via booking. Nous avons attendu 1 heure pour finalement repartir en ville à nos frais et retrouver une autre chambre également à nos frais. Il y avait un autre couple dans le même cas que nous ... Et cela était déjà arrivé debut septembre 25.
