Kipas tak berfungsi, dua bilik tk berfungsi kipas, satu tu atleast ade air condong. Boleh lagi. Yang satu tu menggunakan panas, kena tidur kt luar. kata ada sofabed, yg ade hanyalah sofa yang keras. Sakit badan nak tidur. Nk mandi kolam, ade hari dia. Tak boleh mandi time kami dtg tu. Tak dibagi thy awal2 sebab kami sekeluarga ingatkan kalau rumah dh x Okay, nak sejukan hati dengan mandi kolam. Sekali tak boleh. Jadi duduk sini memang tak menyeronokkan bagi kami.

Need more improvement

Host gives wrong directions to the homestay. I have to make 5 to 7 times circle searching for the homestay. Terrible experience. Host preferred to chat thru Whatapps’s and don’t call them directly. Host never advised earlier to collect the key from the security. Host already asked us to filled up our details via Whatapps’s but we still have to feel up the form at the security post. Host wasn’t there when we check-in. Host provide 2 kettles but both cannot be used. Cannot watch TV because the battery is swollen. Need to buy new one by ourself.

1. Over booking - Booked room taken over by others 2 .Not enough towel - only 2 towel provided 3. Broken bed - 2nd bedroom 4. No toiletries 5. Aircond not well maintained
