Mamachá - Natural Residence

It was located in the beautiful garden, surrounded by greenery, which made it very peaceful. It was very clean and the staff was super kind.

Nothing really, except that daily cleaning should be standard but it was done as soon as we asked for it. Staff should be also more attentive. No breakfast was included, but there are plenty of excellent small bakeries around or in the central market with many options.

Only thing for people who are light sleepers - there is a chicken coop next door and the roosters start screaming at like 4am and won’t stop so didn’t really sleep the two nights here

Muy recomendable: diseño, ubicación y ambiente perfecto El hotel está realmente muy bien. La habitación tiene un diseño muy moderno y cool, con materiales tipo piedra que le dan una sensación muy sólida y a la vez muy acogedora. Es un espacio con mucho encanto. Además, tiene una zona exterior muy agradable: detrás hay una hamaca perfecta para relajarse y también una pequeña piscina (aunque no la probé, parecía muy bien cuidada, eso sí, un poco fría). El patio es bastante amplio, muy verde y transmite una sensación de paz muy especial. La ubicación es otro gran punto fuerte: está a solo unos 5 minutos andando de la catedral y muy cerca de la Calzada de los Frailes. Además, es súper práctico porque está al lado de la estación de autobuses ADO, así que llegas y en menos de 5 minutos caminando ya estás en el hotel. El staff es muy atento y simpático, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable. También se agradece mucho tener agua gratis y poder usar la cocina, las facilities en general están muy bien.

Como punto negativo, diría que la habitación es un poco oscura, pero sinceramente no es un gran problema, incluso se agradece porque mantiene el espacio más fresco. En general, lo recomendaría totalmente.
