"Staff weren't professional"

Place was relatively clean.

Staff weren't professional. First time I called, they hunged up on me. Kept called me as "maam" even when I'm obviously a male and I even submitted my ID. At least 5 different staff handled our booking so it was difficult who to approach When I met them on the lobby not even a simple greeting like "hello" was said. The person just ranged my phone, didn't even answered it and approached me and handed me the papers. NO WIFI
