Big room with its own balcony; room is clean with queen bed. The price is affordable, not as expensive as I thought. The villa is at a quiet location, separated from the noisy center but not too far, less than VND 50,000 to go there by Grab car.

There's no elevator, so if you have large luggage, ask for help. The staff are helpful and willing to help.
