Nothing was good about this place. Nothing.

I read the reviews before I booked, but I was still shocked by how disgusting the room was and how terrible the customer service was. Check-in was made much more difficult by the woman at the front desk who was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. Then I requested an iron and was told that was impossible because no services were offered after 9 pm. I was told to ignore the sign on the door that said no services were offered after 11 pm. The first room smelled terrible and I saw multiple roaches and insects, so I asked to change rooms. The next room smelled less terrible. Half the lights didn't work, half the fixtures didn't work and one of the beds smelled like urine. The beds literally felt like air mattresses. This was a truly terrible establishment and maybe the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I did not feel comfortable as soon as I arrived, nothing clean, dirty, the rooms were connected, I did not feel safe, a very strong smell of tobacco and there were no alarms. The sheets stained, shower inhuman .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL, I did not spend the night and paid for another one in another place, I was willing to sleep in the car

Photos misrepresented entirely. The place was disgusting. Entire building stinks of curry and cigarette smoke, yet they make you sign a separate waiver that you won't smoke in the rooms. Most of the lights didn't work and majority were missing bulbs. The shower rack was completely broken and balancing against the wall. The noise in the room from the highway was deafening. I walked out 5 mins after arriving, was denied a refund, then went to check into another Hilton hotel 1 mile down the road which was amazing. Booking. Com support have not responded to my refund request in 4 days and counting... This hotel sucks and please avoid it at all costs.

Staff was friendly

The room was in bad condition. The floor in the bathroom was peeling out. The curtain rod in the shower was broken off. The walls in the room were very dirty. It just didn’t feel like they’re putting any effort into trying to make it better. I get the meaning of you get what you paid for, but this even surpassed that it was pretty bad.

Very dark and dirty

No smoke alarm in bedroom, which is illegal, no shower curtain. Not impressed, rubbish outside.
