Staff were fantastic, room lovely, super clean, great pool, great gym and fabulous breakfast.

Clean, friendly staff, good location

The pool was amazing. Good buffet breakfast. View of the ocean from our room and I think every room had the same. Resort is right on the beach & walk to several restaurants and markets.

Bathroom needed a bit of an update. Also there were too many smokers - the resort needs to have dedicated smoking areas. It is disgusting to have to sit beside smokers at the pool or in the restaurant.

Location and beach

We had booked a suite - no real extra benefits for the extra money. The shower broke on 4 occasions and was shoddily fixed each time. The bedding smelt old and bed very uncomfortable. The linen/towels were old, worn and frayed. The breakfast had a lot of variety but the quality was lacking and most of the hot food was stone cold. The TV Chanels in the room were nearly non existent and catered mainly for asian speaking countries - only 1 English speaking movie Chanel and the quality was poor (often pixelating and freezing during the movies) We have previously stayed at this Hotel and loved it - very very disappointed on this occasion.
