Olive Garden By Air Premier

Nice quiet area, lovely lady next door. Everything as per photos. Lovely views of countryside. Great transport links, bus & rail to rest of the coastal towns.

The 2 side gates from the garden could do with a little repair to make more secure for smaller dogs but fine for our size guide dog.

Spacious home and near to lots of lovely places.

Had to turn the boiler hot water off as it was also heating some radiators. The central heating was off on the wall setting though. Luckily there is also a hot water tank to use for hot water. Very bumpy access road also which isn’t ideal.

poor quality mattress, unmade Road to reach property and no privacy in bedrooms.

Really spacious, great location - was really nice and quiet which was just what we wanted. Nice and warm (apart from the lounge for some reason)

Not very well equipped - there were literally 2 glasses in the kitchen (tumblers - loads of wine glasses!) and a lack of things like sharp knives. The fridge didn't work and the kitchen surfaces were all just a bit sticky feeling when we arrived and some crockery was dirty in the cupboards. Massive lack of plug sockets too - only 2 or 3 available in the whole house (once appliances such as TV and fridge were plugged in). A few of the windows didn't latch shut - the handles were stuck on "open" which didn't seem great from a security point of view

Location is well placed for the South Downs and the local area seemed quiet.

We were supposed to be there for a week, we left after 24 hours. The house is kept at 10 deg when unoccupied so was cold and damp on arrival. The standard of cleaning was embarrasing. There were 2 windows that were broken and could not be properly closed so you could not secure the property. If the front door closed, it locked you out and if the key was in the door on the inside, you would ot be able to get back in - this could be rectified with a change of latch/lock but there's a hand written note taped to the door instead so thats OK. There are 2 large patio doors to the front of the house. These were locked and there was no key to access in the event of fire. There is extensive condensation and mould around the windows. The Kitchen and Dining Room floors were sticky. There were splatters of something on the side of the kitchen units. There was dried milk spilled in the fridge and in the cutlery drawer. There was half a cotton bud and god knows what else in the seal of the washing machine. The coffee machine had not be cleaned in recent history and had dried crusty coffe around the spout. An unknown lump of food stuff in the cupboard. A hair covered sponge in unit under the sink. Loose tobacco on the Dining Room side board. A film on the plates and bowls stored in the dining room that needed cleaning before use. TV was non HD, the WiFi SSID had a typo and there were 2 passwords to choose from, one was hand written so you didn't know which one was the right one and what was upper and lower case. Spoke to the Air Premier agent, he said he'd "have a word" with the cleaners - whatever that actually means. If you like staying in a property that's having every pound coin of revenue strangled out of it whilst sitting and breathing in the filth of any number of previous occupants - this is the one for you!

Lovely spacious bungalow with comfort and cleanliness as priority.

Not enough cooking facilities for example pyrex dishes, cheese grater, chipping knives

The house was clean, tidy and well presented. The bathroom and kitchen were very good.

On arrival the very overgrown front garden did not give a good impression. The rear garden was also in need of some tlc.
