They should at least have a designated smoking area,as we had to move out of the premises at night to smoke.

The location was easy , short walking distance to the beach. The owner is a nice person and he can assist you with anything you want or have an option for your request. I can recommend to my friends and family. I'll come again to get a fresh air of the beach

Terrible accomodation. Dirty dishes in the sink. Garbage in the bin. Mould on the pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Accomodation is not hotel standard . Misleading advertising for the price. Beds and room was smelling of urine. Shocking !!!!!!

Just the beach and Ushaka Marine

Everything about apartment and the surroundings outside that smelled of urine. There were lots of people loitering outside which made us cautious and insecure security wise. The morning receptionist was blunt, unapproachable and really not a people's person. He's in the wrong job. Toilet paper, detergents were not provided. We had to ask. Toilet paper was sent. Then we asked for detergents and was told there's none...no dishwash liquid, dish cloths etc. Owner was very helpful. Full marks to Leeran Thotharam for his assistance! He needs to seriously monitor his cleaning service as they are unfortunately falling very short which in turn is giving him a bad name and review.

Access to the beach was a walking distance.

The crime in the area is bad even though there is law enforcement visibility, my son was robbed his cellphone within 2hrs of arrival and window smashed same night since there is no parking and we parked in front of the place.
