Casa molto bella , su due piani, molto funzionale e spaziosa . Arredamento nuovo e molto pulito.

pochi beni 'essenziali'. Sapone nella vasca /doccia era finito gia' appena arrivati, 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica; mancava scottex e tovagliette americane per la tavola. in una camera e' meglio precisare che il letto matrimoniale e' alla francese, piccolo per due adulti.

The location is great. Тhe apartment is in the center of Budapest. There is transport nearby and a grocery store next door. The apartment is air-conditioned. We received access information and instructions on time. The team tried to inform us in a timely manner and responded and answered questions quickly.

The apartment is advertised with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. However the bed in one bedroom is small and 2 children can sleep together, but it will not be comfortable for two adults. The kitchen table is suitable for four. There were five of us and even though there are more chairs, it is cramped and uncomfortable for more than four people to eat. The photographed sofa for Booking is not the same one that is currently there - it`s much smaller. It neither fits five people to sit on, nor can two people sleep on it. Some of the curtains in the living room are missing so there is no privacy from neighboring guests who smoke on the patio near the window. The staircase is quite steep and inconvenient; the bottom step has a problem and makes a very loud clatter. The bedrooms are extremely narrow. The beds in two of the rooms are as long as the width of the room itself (run from wall to wall); it is impossible to walk around the bed; have to walk through the bed - it`s inconvenient to to step over someone to get to the inside sleeping area and back. One of the bedrooms does not have a wardrobe or dresser; nowhere to put clothes and shoes at all. Very design but non-functional. Only one pillow is provided per guest and they are uncomfortable - either very thin or quite thick. Оne of the beds creaks so loudly every time the children turn during sleep, that disturbs them. No towel racks have been installed in any of the bathroom. Тhe small bathroom is upstairs along with the three bedrooms. The large bathroom with the bathtub (the door is opposite the window without curtains) is on the living room / kitchen level; has no curtain or bath screen. The trash cans are by the BUILDING ENTRANCE (the entrance to the apartment is right past the trash cans) and from Friday till Monday no one takes out the trash that began to decompose and smelled bad.
