Staff are brilliant as always. Have stayed stayed here many times, room always brilliant. Good choice for breakfast, although, NO MARMALADE!!!!!

Booked a superior room, but we asked to change to a lower floor because we had a dog, given room 007. Not so happy, mattress was uncomfortable, stains on carpet. Was good for access, but not a superior room. Won't ask to change next time.
