"Immaculate, secluded hut - exceeded all expectations. The photos do not do it justice!"

The hut was in a fabulous secluded location- immaculately clean and the hosts had thought of everything! We loved the log burner and outdoor fire pit/ bbq/ bath!

A later check out option would have been great, or earlier arrival- as we were only there for 1 night.

"The perfect stay for anyone looking for a peaceful stay that’s not far away from places to explore"

Keys were on the side ready, we also had a lock box where we could keep the key if we went out (very handy)

Would have been nice to have a coffee pod each per night stayed but not the end of the world :)

Beautiful, quiet location with views over the lake and fields.. Well equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. Really pretty hut and some nice touches, such as blankets, digital speaker, chiminea and wood burning stove. I would definitely stay there again.

The Black Swan Shepherd Hut was set in a beautiful, quiet location with superb views over the countryside. It was extremely clean throughout, with everything supplied that you could need, including milk, tea, coffee and sugar. The location and check in details were excellent, as was the contact with the owner.

Charcoal was not provided for the BBQ, which possibly could have been mentioned in the property details. As a suggestion to help the less mobile visitor, perhaps a small step-stool to get into the bed area as I found it quite high to climb into! Also maybe a rack for toiletries in the shower to prevent the need to have to bend down to get them off the floor!

Beautiful location in the peaceful countryside, a really relaxing break! Great facilities, very welcoming host and everything provided to make for a comforting stay. Tv with all Chanels, great log fire and amazing outdoor bath and shower. Very toasty and warm. Stunning views all around you and so quiet and peaceful.
