Value for money. Room is comfortable to stay in. Hot shower.

Few small roaches (like 1-2 small roaches) in my cabinet.. cabinet doesn't smell nice though tolerable.

Good location, reasonable price for basic accommodation, very clean, very good staff and attentive.

- Internet / Wifi is only available in the lobby, limited work area & no power charging station/outlet. For most transient travelers, digital nomads tourists from different countries, good wifi is essential and a necessity. - need to bring ear plugs & eye mask if you want to limit the noise from other roommates who snore loudly and talk on their phones without regard to other sleepers. - If you are taller than 6 feet +, you will be cramped in the bunk beds.

Easy to Find, just ride PRC jeepney and go down to Bagtikan St. Near Sacred Heart Church.

No Locked for the cabinet. I saw some cockroaches crawling on the wall.

Cockroaches are horrible and everywhere. I stayed over 10 days and had to change rooms 3 to 4 times. Sleeping in the last room i was in, i wake up with another cockroach crawling and my body and my pillow. Another instance is when i opened the locker. I get to see almost 5 to 6 roaches having fun inside. Calling the cleaning lady, she brought a small can of insecticide.. You can guess how effective it was.. Traumatized!
