旁邊就是1號出口，地點就在熱鬧大街上，過馬路就直接到弘大商圈，我們有帶小朋友有推車，旁邊也有電梯可以到地鐵站樓層房間設備很齊全，有2台吹風機、廚房紙巾、相關餐具很齊全，連傘都有6把供大家使用，有問題也都會馬上回覆

冷氣運作的聲音大，應該是冷氣的濾網沒有定期清潔

Superb location. Responsive manager. Train station and a bus stop a couple of minutes away on foot. Five to ten minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

It had everything we needed except: Items not working properly or was missing at check in: 1. Wireless internet. 2. Netflix. 3. Toaster All provided after we notified the manager. The glass partition between the shower and the toilet is too narrow. While taking a shower you can easily point the shower in the wrong direction and get the toilet (and what/whoever might be there) all wet. The fan in the bathroom is too weak. After taking a shower (there's no tub) the walls are soaking wet with condensation and the mirror is completely foggy. There is a shower squeegee. The extension cord was too short to bring the fan or the dehumidifier close enough to the bathroom. There is a power point (socket, outlet) near the shower but that would risk getting the cord and fan wet.

Excellent location, between Hongik Univ subway station exit 1 and Dunkin Donut. There is luggage storage underground in the subway station at exit 9, opposite exit 1 — we were able to store our big luggage for over a week when we went to Busan. The station has express and all stop airport train, or there is also airport limousine bus a short walk away (exit 2, infront of Samsung store). Hongdae shopping street just across the road. The host was also very fast responding and helpful. All household equipment was supplied as well, and the area was clean. We had no problem with the aircorn - nice and cold , especially on hot days.

自助報到鎖應該每日更換，比較安全，我們提前抵達，用密碼刷進後發現前一組房客仍未退房，彼此都不是很舒服，建議留意此點

Location was pretty good and convenient.

A/C did not cool room at all. It was hot and stuffy the entire time. We followed the directions that were provided but still had a hot and stuffy room. Also would have been nice to have a squeegee provided for clearing the water from the bathroom floor since he whole floor gets wet when you shower, which made the floor get pretty dirty really quickly.
