Staff were nice and it was affordable for Mumbai

Room was absolutely disgusting, probably the worst one we've stayed in, there were bugs around the bed (i don't think they were bed bugs) the sheets were stained brown, the walls were rotting with mold, so was the mirror, the window was wedged open so we heard everything from the street outside, the bathroom was vile and we dared not go in without shoes on, we were so close to checking out and going down the road but unfortunately we didn't have the funds to do so as we are backpackers, don't waste your money, go for a branded hotel in Mumbai (or just in India in general) because these reviews don't seem genuine. 🤮
