Nice and helpful hosts. Very clean. It was very quiet. Comfy bed.

Breakfast wasn't good (500 som). Some amenities would be nice - better quality towels and bedding, and softer toilet paper Because the house is unfinished, there are no handrails or balustrades on the stairs. Basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable. A bit out of the centre but good for a rental car. Wonderful friendly and obliging hosts who speak English. Very helpful with information and organising trips.

No signs which makes finding it hard. Linen basic. Guesthouse is a work in progress and will improve but perfectly adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean room with all necessary amenities and new bathroom. The owners are incredibly helpfull and helped us organizing our travels and the Ala Kul Hike. We felt very welcome and returned two Times during our travels in the Karakol region.

Nothing to complain about

I really enjoyed my stay with Gibek and Askar. The rooms are all very clean and prices are more than reasonable. They are both very helpful, friendly and have a great sense of humor. They work hard every day (no days off!) to make sure the guests are happy. I've stayed with them for a while, and I've never seen them have a bad day despite their hard work. As for the location: it's a little outside of the city center. It's a 20 minute walk to the center, or if you're lucky there's a mashrutka you can take for 20 som. Since it's a bit outside of the center you'll have quiet rooms and you'll sleep well. Thanks for everything, and I will be back!
