כן, התמונות לא משקפות את המקום, הכניסה למקום מתוך מוסך או מסעדה או שניהם ביחד מעולם לא ראיתי דבר כזה. מנהל- גרוע מאיד

שקיפות- הגענו למלון הזמנו חדרים בקומת קרקע פונים לבריכה, נאמר לנו כשהגענו כי חלה טעות בבוקינג והחדרים לבריכה מלאים ואוטומטית ההזמנה שלנו עוברת לקומה השנייה( שקר ראשון) ולאחר מכן נאמר שמחיר החדרים בקומה הראשונה והשנייה זהים(שקר שני) ניהול מזעזע
