Pomer cena/výkon, super. Vrátil by som sa znova. Parkovanie vo dvore milo prekvapilo.

V obývacej izbe bolo chladnejšie a nestihlo sa tam vykúriť do rána.

Skvělá velmi klidná lokalita, apartmán je ve zvýšeném přízemí menšího bytového domu 10min pěšky od centra města (v docházkové vzdálanosti je také fotbalový stadion, zimní stadion a nebo třeba letní koupaliště). Je zrekonstruovaný a má vše, co je zapotřebí třeba i k delšímu k pobytu - včetně velké lednice, myčky, pračky, klimatizace nebo kávovaru. Parkování je ve dvoře, pro ty, co chtějí přijet např. vlakem, je to přímo z nástupiště podchodem za nádraží asi 5min. pěšky. Komunikace s majitelem rychlá a zcela bezproblémová.
